3. Dual Path Strategy Notice
We support a hybrid business-building model. While you may use platforms such as Arise for training, early revenue, and client support experience, your engagement with IT Solutions & Recruitment signifies your intent to grow independently over time. We are not a subsidiary, franchisee, or partner of Arise or any other external provider.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business structure.

• Solicit clients or contractors outside authorized channels.

• Share confidential platform data or third-party contract details.

• Use the Services to engage in unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activity.

5. Payment and Compensation Terms
Any compensation arrangements—including those related to placements, partnerships, or referral-based incentives—will be clearly outlined in writing prior to the start of any engagement. Fees may vary depending on your scope of involvement and whether you are operating under an internal contract or third-party arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, tools, and materials provided by IT Solutions & Recruitment are the exclusive property of the company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information acquired through use of our Services, including but not limited to: candidate resumes, client business operations, proprietary systems, and recruitment methods.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding the availability of positions, client placements, or specific outcomes. Our Services are provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Solutions & Recruitment disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
