• Gain experience and income through platforms like Upwork,

• Build your own brand and recruitment agency in parallel, and

• Transition into direct-to-client contracts over time.

Please note that IT Solutions & Recruitment is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Upwork or any third-party freelance marketplace.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations;

• Engage in unauthorized solicitation of clients or contractors;

• Share confidential or proprietary information obtained through our platform;

• Use our Services for any illegal, unethical, or deceptive practices.

5. Payment and Compensation Terms
All compensation terms—whether related to direct placements, freelance projects, or client referrals—will be documented and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of work. Fee structures may vary depending on your type of engagement (e.g., platform-based, internal contract, or direct-client).

6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, materials, and branding associated with IT Solutions & Recruitment are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of our materials without written permission.
